Just like home, Noura Cafe offers several options to please the taste of our customers, stews or yakhneh are just some of the meals that can be made ​​in different ways depending on the ingredients and regularly are served with meat and rice.

Many of the meals are prepared on the grill, baked, sauteéd in olive oil. Butter or cream is rarely used to prepare some desserts. Vegetables are often eaten raw or pickled as well as cooked.  Herbs and spices are also used, and the freshness of each ingredient is very important.
